What Aura is, what you are buying, and what you are not.
What Aura is
- Aura is a score used to rank clips on this site. It has no monetary value.
- Bought Aura is credited to your entry and counts toward your rank exactly like Aura earned from votes and views.
- Aura cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another account, or withdrawn. It exists only inside this site.
- Buying Aura does not guarantee any rank: other people can buy Aura too, and votes and views keep moving.
Price and payment
- Prices are shown before payment, in the currency displayed at checkout.
- TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI.
- Payment is handled by our payment provider. We never receive or store your card number.
- Aura is credited as soon as the provider confirms the payment, normally within seconds.
Right of withdrawal
- Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase.
- Aura is digital content delivered immediately. By ticking the box at checkout you ask for immediate delivery and expressly waive your right of withdrawal, which is then lost once the Aura is credited.
- If you do not tick that box, the purchase cannot be completed.
- Nothing here affects the legal guarantee of conformity or your rights against hidden defects.
Accounts and fair play
- One account per person. Creating extra accounts to vote for yourself, or automating votes or views, is not allowed.
- Votes and views are rate limited. Traffic that looks automated is not counted.
- Accounts used to manipulate the ranking may be suspended and their Aura removed, including Aura that was paid for.
- You keep ownership of the clips you upload and grant us the right to display them on the site and in its promotion.
Liability and disputes
- The site is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
- We are not liable for the content users publish, within the limits the law allows.
- These terms are governed by French law.
- Consumers may use a mediator free of charge before going to court: [À COMPLÉTER — médiateur de la consommation].
