What we collect, why, and how to get it deleted.
Who is responsible

What we collect
- Your email address, to create your account and send you sign-in links.
- Your username, display name, country, and anything else you choose to put on your profile.
- The clips you upload and their thumbnails.
- Your votes, and which clips have been viewed.
- Your IP address, kept for at most 24 hours, solely to rate limit votes and views.
- Purchase records: amount, date, and the reference given by the payment provider. We never see your card number.
Why, and on what basis
- Running your account and showing the ranking — performance of our agreement with you.
- Rate limiting and bot protection — our legitimate interest in a ranking that is not faked.
- Handling purchases and keeping the matching records — performance of the agreement and our legal accounting duties.
Who else sees it
- Supabase, for hosting the database, authentication and files.
- Vercel, for hosting and serving the site.
- Cloudflare, for the anti-bot check on the sign-in form.
- Our payment provider, for payments only.
- Some of these providers operate outside the EU. Transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Account data: until you delete your account.
- IP addresses used for rate limiting: 24 hours.
- Purchase records: 10 years, as required for accounting.
Your rights
- You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to a use of it.
- Write to hello@farmaura.lol. We answer within one month.
- If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the CNIL: https://www.cnil.fr.
Cookies
- We set a cookie to keep you signed in and one to remember your language. Both are necessary for the site to work, so no consent banner is required.
- Cloudflare sets a cookie on the sign-in form to tell humans from bots.
- We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
